Koru is a 4-week 75-minute mindfulness training that has been proven to reduce stress, reduce depression and anxiety, increase one's ability to sleep, as well as, increase self-compassion. To get the most out of your KORU experience, Mindfulness for the Twenty Something textbook is a required component and available free at UK libraries. Don't see a KORU class that meets your needs. Take this quick survey to help us plan our next offerings, After you register for the Koru class make sure you check your receipt for the next step in starting your Koru Journey.
